This is the best of both worlds and works nicely:

Change the green actions to reference Safari, change the blue action if you don't use MacOS' dark mode and adjust the purple actions if the delays aren't long enough for the drag to succeed.
If you do need to adjust the blue action, you'll need to replace the found image with a screenshot of the edge of the Finder highlight in column mode:
