Here is a template for those that prefer to keep their macros in house in Keyboard Maestro with the Shuttle Pro 2. I have updated so many devices with different drivers and when moving to other computers it gets old setting up the same triggers in the hardwards software onlly to trigger Keyboard Maestro macros often anyway.
I am not sure how to program the shuttle and scrub wheels, they don't seem to receive input into Keyboard Maestro so that you will have to depend on the Contour Shuttle.app to trigger those functions.
