Accessing 2nd File Menu in Google Sheets (In Chrome)

Anyone have any luck making Macros for Google Sheets?

I know how to access the file menu and such for the Chrome App but not the menu for Google Sheets itself.

for the submenus, you can also use Keyboard strokes, ie Down arrow, or first letter, ie C for center.

Within Sheets, control-option-F invokes the File menu, control-option-V invokes the View menu, etc.
