This may be a long shot, but I have a number of If/Then commands in a single macro. As KM goes through the macro, I’d like it to add a number to a designated variable. For example, after the first If/then, the result is 4…so at that moment the variable would have a 4 only. But after going through the second If/then, the result is 3, so the variable now has 43. After the third If/then, the result is 4 so the variable would be 434 and so forth. If this is possible, what would be the most efficient way to do this?

If I understand you correctly, all you need is a Set Variable Action that will concatenate the IF/THEN results with the total after each IF/THEN, something like this:
