Adobe Premiere 2017 disabled all my Macros

Hello. I was using a lot of hotkey (F16-F19) driven macros for Adobe Premiere editing in their previous version (2015. I Updated to the newest version for work, and NONE of my macros work at anymore. I have even tried to remake them and they literally do nothing in Premiere now.

Haven’t found much help on Google or here, so if anyone can offer advice I’d seriously appreciate it. Not being able to use KBM in my workflow is really slowing me down. I’m also not a native Mac user which has made things more difficult as Mac’s apparently have universal hotkeys for stuff I never use.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, one thought I had was this:

If you have the hotkeys specified to only work with the application, maybe you need to re-specify the application. Perhaps the name of the application, or however it is stored internally, has changed?

Let me know if this isn’t clear.

I am not sure they were specific to the program. That didn't seem to be a requirement. I've attached a pic of a general one I used.

If you click on the group "Premiere", what does it look like? Does it have an application specified, like this:

If so, that's what I'm talking about. Again, let me know.
