But what if there's some one else talking with you, won't that be affected ?

There is no one else in my house, but if there was, it would hear them too, and that would be a problem. I guess if I was watching Apple TV, I would have to disable my macro. However if my Mac was feeding a video into AirPods, I guess I could have my macro running even if a video was playing.
