Is it possible to capture a smart group's results so I could display them with a Prompt with List action? Thx!

Do you want to select from that list to execute the macro, or something else?
If you want to execute it, you can use the "Trigger Macro by Name" action to simulate a "Prompt with List", based on one or more Smart Groups:
If you want a proper "Prompt with List" you'll need to have Keyboard Maestro running (the app itself, not the Engine). Some people don't like that, but if you're happy with that situation you can use AppleScript to generate the list to choose from. How do you do that, and what you then do with the result, depends on what you want to do with the chosen list item.

Thanks @Nige_S. I did not know you can select Smart Group with Trigger Macro by Name.
My use case is either select the macro to execute or edit.
I just found out that:
Enter = Execute the selected macro
Option + Enter = Edit the macro
This is perfect.
