Close Tab/Window No longer working

I have the following workflow that has worked flawlessly until I updated to Ventura.

The close tab part works, but the close window one no longer does. I even stripped it down to remove the if/then to just "when CMD+W → close window" and it does nothing.

Is there a known bug, or do I need to adapt my workflow to something new with Ventura?

It's probably just not finding Safari any more -- note that the action that works is just a keystroke to whatever's frontmost while the one that fails specifically targets Safari.

Try resetting the app in the "Select menu in" option.
