I think I did it. I didn't realize I had to click on the word Upload. I thought that was handled automatically. Feel free to delete the failed post if I don't figure out how to do it myself.
When uploading with Keyboard Maestro, you select whether you want to upload the image, or the macro, or both.
Clicking Both is generally the best option.
