That's pretty ambiguous – please clarify.
A palette's title can be displayed:
If you have columns that need labels then you could create dummy macros at the top of each column.
There are a number of threads on the forum about palette organization and appearance. For instance:

That's the best I've got without a better picture of what you're trying to do.
