Custom Floating HTML Prompt Not Downloading HTML/CSS

We have a KM script that has a Custom Floating HTML Prompt. In the HTML, I reference 3rd party HTML and CSS via publicly accessible URLs. The script works as expected on one computer which is running KM Version 8.2.4. However, on another computer, the same exact script does not seem to be downloading the HTML and CSS. That computer is running KM Version 10.1.1.

Any idea why it would work on one computer and not another?

When the HTML Prompt puzzles me, I pop into the JS console to see what kind of warnings and errors my code is causing. See JavaScript Console in Custom HTML Prompt for how to enable it.

In this case it may not explain the problem but it should confirm it.
