What is your process for extracting the attachments from the emails?

Images come into Thunderbird as attachments. Sometimes fax to email so always open images anyway using Preview just to check no info left off. Then save to client sub-folder either with folder name copied from email subject line if present or just by typing. Now works fine but initially had to keep checking as so fast wasn't sure.
I am going to have a look at the latest scripts you have sent today.
