While it’s good practice to include it in the macro itself, (I and others use comments at the top of the macro), in this case I was referring to your post. Just add some text at the top (before the macro download link and screenshot) that has this info.
Here is a great macro that the same Chris Stone (@ccstone) wrote to simplify uploading your macros to the forum. I have been using it for well over a year and it has been very helpful. ↓
