Does Cancel This Macro in a child macro stop the parent as well?

I run "Execute Macro" with a child macro. If the child macro has an error I stop it with "Cancel This Macro". This also seems to stop the parent macro, which is what I want. Is this correct?

I could switch to "Stop All Macros", but I rather use "Cancel This Macro" if that stops the child and the parent. Just want to make sure that I'm not missing anything.

Have a look at the various cancel options explained in the KM wiki actions:Redirect Control Flow [Keyboard Maestro Wiki]
