Error From Directory Delete Action

Hi guys, now that Dropbox no longer syncs symlinks, I have a simple macro that copies my ~/library/preferences file to Dropbox every 4 hours (and deletes prior copy). Help when I need to share preferences between two machines.

But I'm seeing this error often during the delete step. It's not every time. What have I missed?
