Feedback/suggestion: Trigger Macro by Name *only* option

Well that took the scenic route, didn’t it! To return to, and close, the original matter, here’s a statement from @peternlewis that I just found in a thread (which had also drifted a little from its initial topic) from 2022:

It is not inconceivable that I might add an option to search only by name, but given how easy that is to do now, and how generally it is better to provide more options than less, and how the action already provides methods for limiting the scope of the search, and how I would then have to consider how to handle search filter elements in the case where the action is configured to search only by name, I'm not sure I ever will implement that.
