Find palette activated by a certain keystroke?

Sometimes something surprising happens when I type a modified and/or function key. To find out what macro the key just ran I can use the toolbar ⌘ icon. (If I know the key I just typed — not always the case  — I can also look through All Macros ordered by keybinding.) However, sometimes what a key does is activate a palette or a group. I don’t know how to find out what the keystroke does. For example: ⌃F11. Suggestions?

Several options.

Go to the "All Macros" group, then click on the arrow circled in the following image. It sorts the macros by trigger (start looking from the end of the list).

There are also ways to search by trigger. Here's one thread on the subject - I'm sure there's more.

I want a group activation not a macro.

Duh. Sorry.

Man, I totally didn’t read your message very well, did I? Sorry about that.

So, can’t you just select a group, then down-arrow or up-arrow through the groups until you find what you’re looking for?

I guess. More tedious the more groups you have. With macro keystrokes I can scroll to where I expect the keystroke to be.

Well, I didn’t say it was ideal  But it’s not that bad, either.
