Generic icon in Application Switcher

I installed Transmit 5 the other day, & since then when I use KM’s Application Switcher, I see a generic icon for Transmit. I have restarted my Mac, turned the KM Application Switcher off & on, & even reinstalled Transmit, but I’m still having the same problem. I did not have this problem with Transmit 4, & actually have never seen this problem before. When I turn off KM’s Application Switcher & use Sierra’s, the icon appears.

How can I get Transmit’s icon to appear when I use KM’s Application Switcher?

Tks!

Sounds like the Launch Services cache is broken.

You may be able to do this:

Select Transmit 5, Duplicate, Trash the origin, rename away the “copy”, and see if that resolves it.

Alternatively, this command will (I believe) reset the launch services cache:

find /System/Library/Frameworks -type f -name "lsregister" -exec {} -kill -seed -r \;

Alternatively, Transmit 5 is new, there might actually be a bug in their application/icon settings.
