Has Anyone Figured Out a Way to Replicate the Windows "Menu Key" on a Mac Using KM?

So far, the Keyboard Maestro macro I made has worked without problem on each of my Macs (two laptops and one desktop). So, it seems to be a workable solution.

How to grant KM screen recording permissions in System Preferences?

I'm having no luck using actions like "Click on Found Image" and "Screen Capture," and it seems like it might be because Keyboard Maestro hasn't been granted screen capture permissions. (I'm pretty sure I never saw this request at any point.) Any suggestions on how to grant KM these permissions?
