Hi everyone,
I got an issue on my Mac. I have done the search work in the forum and got no luck. (Maybe my search work has not been thorough though.) I need your insights to help me figure out the issue. Thanks in advance.
Issue:
The triggers will not show up after chosen (Gif 1). But after clicking at other macros and go to the macro, the trigger will show up finally (Gif 2).

What I have tried but no luck:
Uninstall KM with CleanMyMac, reinstall it;
Uninstall it again, install the older version of 8.2.4;
Turn System Integrity Protection and Apple Mobile File Integrity on and off and test it repetitively.
Environment:
Catalina 10.15.2
KM 9.0.4 and KM 8.2.4

I have all the items per the screenshots you posted, and deleted/added them again, turns out still not working.

Exactly. I'm thinking if I have mistakenly deleted some system files without the protection of SIP, thus leading to this KM issue.

tried reinstalling Keyboard Maestro?
There's a free uninstaller called AppCleaner

I reinstalled it with AppCleaner, KM still not working;
Created a new Mac account, not working.

Still not sure what happened.
What I'm sure about is that I might accidentally deleted some system files.
I reinstalled my macOS from scratch recently, and KM works perfect with the same macro (groups).
Thanks for your help.
I can close this thread now.
