How to Combine Two Shortcuts in a Trigger?

I want to use shift + command + k, v1 to activate the VScode editor.

just like using cmd + k, cmd +s to open the keyboard shortcuts panel in VScode.

Unfortunately there's no direct method of doing that with Keyboard Maestro.
