I keystroke ⌘ Z to discard/undo my "Revert Macros" action but nothing happens. I was using kmsync for a while, but I can't go inside Keyboard Maestro Macros.kmsync and make it a GitHub repo like Alfred.preference do.

After a Revert, there is an option to Revert to Before Last Revert. The Reversions do not interact well with the Undo/Redo. Either the reversion should be undoable, or the reversion should clear the undo stack - currently it does neither.
