I often take Mojave screenshots (Shift-Cmd-4) → annotate.
Is it conceivable to write a macro to print the screenshot?
The share menu is very limited (new limitations imposed by Mojave).
One option would be Cmd-C (puts the screenshot into the clipboard). Then I would have to print the clipboard (an image, not text)

You should be able to open the Preview.app with the clipboard, and then tell Preview to print.
