How to use the Window Switcher Default Hotkey Ctrl+Help/Insert?

I'm exploring whether or not the Window Switcher could be useful to me and right off the bat I discover that I cannot use the default hotkey.

Searching the web for how to type Help/Insert on a Macbook keyboard, every answer, including from Apple itself, says to use Function+Enter. So the hotkey should be Ctrl+Fn+Enter. But that doesn't work. In fact, when I just now tested that keystroke, having just verified in the KBM editor that the hotkey was still set as shown above, that key combination submitted my post so I have to finish it as an Edit.

What is going on that KBM ships with a potentially useful macro with a default hotkey that cannot be typed? Is it this way for everyone, so everyone just changes it an moves on? Or is my system weird? Or did I manage to somehow change it years ago, when I first installed KBM, and forgot that I did? I don't mind admitting that I'm baffled no matter what I imagine to be the case.

The default Window Switcher key is Control-Tab.

So I'm not sure why yours is different. I presume it was changed at some point.

Looks like I changed the hotkey to a key I cannot type and then forgot about it. Makes a weird kind of sense. I'll change it back and forget about it.
