Hyperkey not working

I've downloaded a free app Hyperkey (https://hyperkey.app), which remaps the caps lock key to ⇧⌃⌥⌘. I have used that key combination in attached macro as trigger. When I hold down the caps lock and M simultaneously, the macro should trigger. But nothing happens. Anyone know what is going wrong?

Looking at your screenshot the hot key is set to hyper-C, not hyper-M. So the first thing to check is if it works when you press hyper-C.
