Hmm, that's peculiar. Mine works fine and does just about exactly the same thing (Sierra here too). Give it a whirl.

Keyboard Maestro 8.2d1 “sc: Keyboard Maestro” Macro

"sc" is short for "shortcut" because I have a bunch of these I like to see together.

There were no changes related to anything like that as far as I recall.

If the macro is doing nothing, select Help ➤ Assistance, and then click Something expected is not happening and follow the instructions.

After installing your sc-Keyboard Maestro.macros,
my pasting turn back to page, again.

I do not know what is going on my Mac Mini Sierra.
