Impossible to select multiple items in "Prompt with list"?

I wanted to create a multi-selectable list of song names, parsed from Discogs.com, but it seems, that "Prompt with list" does not allow multiple items selection...

Is it in the wish list already?
What are the best workarounds? AppleScript list? Or some checkboxes?

It's there, it just has to be enabled from the gear menu in the top right corner:
