1）I can use 'Insert Text XXX by Pasting'，but the text will be saved in clipboard，which is not my demand。

You're not the first to wish there was a faster way of typing text or otherwise inserting it without it being saved to the clipboard. Since it simply isn't possible to type text any faster than KM is already doing, the best solution most of us have found is to simply delete the current clipboard after inserting text via pasting, using a Delete Current System Clipboard action.
