Is it possible to create a macro to paste a list "function" into an RTF formatted note?

Let's say that I have a note in RTF format (Antnotes stickers from the Mac App Store, for example). Those RTF notes do not offer a list format.

Is it possible to create a macro to create a list format?

I am able to start with the following, simply by pasting :black_small_square: (tab and :black_small_square: )
:black_small_square:
My problem is that if I press Enter it just creates a new line without a bullet, checkbox or number prefix.

thanks in advance for your time and help

I'm not quite sure I understand the request: Are you asking how to create a list-formatted list in Antnotes? If so, just from reading the features and looking at the screenshots for Antnotes in the App Store, it doesn't look like they work with items in a list at all:

Both of those would be prefect examples where showing a formatted list would make a ton of sense, but they didn't do so. So my guess is that they don't understand list-formatted text. But you can test this, I think:

What happens if you build a list in TextEdit, then copy and paste it into an Antnote?

I tested various options and you are right. It's not possible. Thank you very much for all your efforts.
