Is There a Keyboard Shortcut to Add a CRON Trigger to a Macro?

While I am writing/editing a macro and want to add a CRON trigger, I would like to find a quick way to do so without having to click on the green (+) trigger → CRON.

Post a macro with the default trigger you'd like, and I'll take a crack at it.
