Is there a way to automatically populate a "prompt with list" action with the macros contained in a macro group?

I want to use the list to trigger macros.
I would also like to know what I have to put in the list to be search the list and trigger a macro.
It would be too tedious to populate manually, so one aspect of the question is "automatic".

I know your problem has been solved thanks to @Zabobon but your request made me think that producing such a list might be useful in other circumstances, so I wrote a subroutine to do it.
