Is there a way to have a hot keyed Group default to activated at system startup?

I have a group set to be activated/deactivated with a hotkey. It works well, except that it is deactivated at system startup.

Is there a way to set it so that it is activated by default?

Example of my setup:

What about using a separate macro in the global or an otherwise always active macro group to activate the group on login?
