Keyboard Maestro is licensed on a per user basis on up to five Macs. So for one person, you can use one license on up to five Macs. If you own version 7, and then purchase an upgrade (or receive a free upgrade) to version 8, that still counts as a single license.

As @ccstone said, KM only runs on Macs, not iOS/iPadOS.
