Keyboard Maestro is suddenly unable to pull Page Source from a specific website

Hi everyone,

We have a various macros that need to pull the Page Source data from various websites. Suddenly starting from this week, KB Maestro has been unable to perform the Page Source from one specific website (Zendesk). It's extremely bizarre as there's been no changes made to the computer or to the macros. It's still able to work normally on other websites as expected. My colleague with a similar setup faces no issues so I'm baffled. I've done the usual basic troubleshooting steps to no avail. I'd to avoid reinstalling Chrome or KB Maestro if possible.

I'm on the latest version of MacOS and using the latest version of Google Chrome. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? Help would be much appreciated!

Hi JMichaelTX,

The URL is an internal Zendesk site inaccessible to the public. I'm running macOS Catalina 10.15.2 and KM version 8.2.4. Although I'm not able to post the exact macro, we do have this simple macro to grab the Page Source of the current page:

Like with other macros, this macro works on every page I've tested so far except for Zendesk.
