I only see this ,how can I see the entire library of actions ?

There are 3 + symbols at the bottom of the window. Click the far right one to show/hide actions. Under the Help menu, select KM User Manual. Early on there is an explanation of all the icons in the editor window.
Are you asking about Dan Thomas' KM FAM macro suite for custom actions? I suspect so since your title says KM FAM... if that's the case the default hotkey to show all the favorite actions you have set up with KM FAM is ⌃F3. But that will show only the ones you have either imported or otherwise saved into KM FAM.
