KM keeps asking for Accessibility but it's already been granted

I’ve reset the quarantine and reset the Privacy but no luck, keeps crashing..

Try the following:

  1. Stop KM, including the engine
  2. Remove the grant from system preferences
  3. Start KM when it is asking for the grant, give it.

I have had success using this approach in the past.
