That shouldn't actually matter. I think it did the same thing on my system, showing the original filename from before you renamed it. The question is, does the profile switch happen?

Unfortunately I can't actually test your macros myself as I have just moved house and my Stream Deck is in storage. I might be able to get it next week but until then, perhaps someone else with a SD some KM knowledge could try them out and do some debugging for you? For now at least, I don't think I can help any further.
