I vaguely remember running into that issue but it's a long time ago now and I'm afraid I can't for the life of me remember what the solution was. Perhaps someone with more OCR knowledge can chime in? Perhaps one of these threads has the answer? One post suggests that it might just mean the OCR failed, so you should probably try the brand new OCR area function that was added in KM 10...?

OCR Failure

[OCR_IMAGE] I am getting this error "WARNING: INVALID RESOLUTION 0 DPI. USING 70 INSTEAD." occasionally when OCR ing an image such as the one above. I am using the Latin language.

This seems highly improbable, so without a working example, I can't suggest anything. Obviously, if you use the same (non-local/non-instance) variables in each macro, then they will each mess each other up. And yes, the action is non-atomic - most every action that takes time in Keyboard Maestro is non-atomic. This is unlikely to happen. The OCR, like the screen search, is a CPU intensive action - if you want to reduce your CPU usage, don't use the action, or don't use the action continuou…
