Hey! I had a question specifically for anyone working with automated Stem Bouncing and exporting in Logic.
I was wondering what the best way to wait for the progress bar of exporting in logic is generally speaking. What are some of the best ways to accomplish this?
I really like the macros @noisneil made, but I was a bit puzzled about the progress bar export part: “pause until a menu item with logic pro/settings/plug-in manager.. is enabled? In other versions it was “front application title contains -Tracks”. Is that the easiest way to track that logic is back in the post-export main view? Why specifically the plug-in manager? I might be missing something obvious here since I’m quite new to this but would love some more info on your thought process
Thanks!
It’s because the plug-in manager menu item is not available during bounce. Once it becomes available, we know that the bounce is completed.

Awesome, thanks so much! Have you found that one to be more reliable than the front application -tracks?
I think so, yes, as that item doesn't become available until the project is in a ready state after the bounce.
