Macro group or macro active/enabled only when a specific Chrome extension is open

Hello, is it possible to define a macro group which would be active if a specific chrome extension window is active ? If not, a macro which would be active/enabled only if a specific extension is open ?

Short answer: Unlikely

But, IF the Chrome extension results in some specific Window title, then it might be possible.
