Macros not editable after sync

I have just synced my macros to a new Mac however they don't appear to be editable (see below). Does anyone have ideas on how to resolve this?

At first glance it looks like the window is not front-most. (Note that the 3 buttons top-left have no color.)

Does that persist even if you click on the window itself?

If so, have you tried rebooting the Mac? Something might be wonky with the window manager.
