Moved to a new Mac - But how do I get the VARIABLES to transfer?

I already have the macros themselves syncing over Dropbox so that all went fine. But I have lots of macros that write to variables, and a bunch of the variables themselves don't exist, so the Macro's break.

I've taken to manually recreating them but there has to be a better way to make sure I get them all and the syntax correct.

Have you had a chance to look at this page:

manual:How do I backup migrate transfer [Keyboard Maestro Wiki]

If you copy the file named "Keyboard Maestro Variables.sqlite" this will transfer all of the variables.

You will need to quit and relaunch Keyboard Maestro Engine to make these take effect.

You will find this file in the ~/Library/Application Support/Keyboard Maestro folder of the source computer.

Copy this file to the corresponding location in the destination computer.
