Press a button that matches regex or search?

I’m looking for a way to get KM to press a button that matches some search, as opposed to having to specify it exactly. My use case is iTunes’ “My Music”/“My Movies”/“My TV Shows”/“My Podcasts” tabs - I’d like to map ⌃1 to select that tab in each media type section. How can I get KM to, say, click on the first button that starts with “My”?

Preface the text with the Caret character:

^My

This turns on regular expressions.
