Pressing fn1 doesn't activate macro

I have a simple Quick Macro set to record with F1 and run with F2. (I am obviously able to type F1 and F2 on my keyboard, since I set them as macro triggers in the KM Editor.)

However, when I actually hit F1 elsewhere, it does not trigger a macro recording.

The macro group itself is set to be always available, always active.

when i try the same (fn + 1) i get this:

30

To be clear I am not pressing Fn+1 but F1.

It is usually written as "F1", as it is shown on the actual keyboard.

Thank you! Corrected my posts.

@peternlewis, thanks! That's a cool tool. It said my macro group was inactive, which was not correct, but I just created a new macro group and moved the macros to it. Everything is working well now.

A macro being inactive is caused by the parent macro group being inactive, which depends on the macro group settings.
