Problem with App Switching in Sierra?

Hi all,

I have a macro that works fine under pre sierra OS’s but now fails.

It basically fill in multiple text entry boxes in an app using a CSV file which is dragged into a entry box generated by Keyboard Maestro. After hit OK the script then run a seperate macro to perform the applictaion switch owing to the fact I have multiple other macros needing to perform the same switch and multiple version of the target app so this allows me to change them all easily. The switch works fine on all other macros except the one using the file drop entry field which just doesn’t switch. Any help/workarounds greatly appreciated as I’ve tried all manor of things and no luck!

It’s hard to say based on your description. It might be a timing issue that a Pause would help with.

Otherwise you’re going to have to narrow down exactly where the problem is and then duplicate in a simple macro and post that here so we can see what you’re are doing in order to be able to offer useful advice.
