The file should be saved as follows:
Test - 18 Oct 2025, 11:06:07. However, it's saved as Test - 18 Oct 2025, 11/06/07. The date is displayed correctly with display text. What am I doing wrong?

Note that alternative (filename-compatible) separator characters can be specified between quotes.
For example:
%ICUDateTime%yyyy-MM-dd hh'h'mm'm'ss%
to obtain something like:
2025-10-18 02h48m51
You could also use an alternative to the familiar colon character that looks similar to it. I favour the following character.
Example: instead of 21:27:26 (using the usual colon character), 21Ė27Ė26.
