The numeric field in the Repeat loop, like pretty much all numeric fields in Keyboard Maestro, can contain an expression, which can also include variables or functions. To use the Repeat action, configure it with the count you want to repeat (which you could ask the user about as shown in the example above), and place the actions you want to repeat within it.
