Rightclicking an app in dock

Hi,

Basically I'm trying to make a macro that will automatically right click my Chrome APP icon in the dock down there and hit new window, and yes sure I can use find image and click, however, the icon changes its size and location all the time depending on how many tabs or apps are currently active in the dock.

Any suggestion on how I can do this?

The second suggestion worked very well with choosing a specific active window within chrome which is what I needed.
