I created a new topic because I don't know how to share with the old one. Maybe someone can merge them?

Here is the macro that I am using. It works find as long as the system is active but if it goes to sleep I get this message. I am hesitant to run items using Terminal that are old on this new computer especially when I don't understand what they are doing.
