Should "Wait For Browser to Finish Loading" be in @actions or @action? And what is the difference between the two namespaces?

I'm going to work on at least putting titles into pages that are missing them.

That would be excellent.

Getting a consistent sized title, ensuring consistent See Also sections (including adding any extra references that are appropriate), removing most horizontal lines, all would be great.
